Send Summary

Send Summary gives you an overview of the schedules that have sent in the last 2 days, and also those that are due to send in the future.

It consists of 3 dropdowns:

• Recently Sent Emails
  • Schedules that have sent from the platform in the last 2 days
• Processing now
  • Schedules that are currently processing, such as API schedules
• Queued Emails
  • Schedules that are due to send in the future, awaiting their send time to pass

The "% Sent" column is the percentage of the total segment volume that has sent

This does not take into account anyone who has been filtered out of the send due to delivery rules or email permission.

It is common for this number to be under 100%

The 4 number columns

Here is an overview of what each of the 4 numbers columns in Send Summary refers to:

• % Sent
  • The percentage of the total segment volume on the schedule that has sent
• Filtered
  • The total number of recipients filtered out due to delivery rules, duplication, email permission etc.
• Total
  • The final calculation count of the recipients on the schedule
• Target
  • The target send volume for the send once filters have been applied
