Your single customer view to look into a customer's personal, transactional and permit-level data

Customer Record

Customer Record allows you to view all kinds of specific data relating to a customer. There are multiple tabs at the top that allow you to view different sets of information from Person-level details, channel permissions and permission history to the segments and schedules a customer sits within to see where they are in their customer journey.

You can search the Customer Record using a key identifier:

  • Email Address
  • Customer Reference ID
  • Customer Number
  • Mobile Number
  • Username

Customer Record Overview 🎥

Profile

The "Profile" tab allows you to view 4 subsets of information about a customer:

  • Customer Profile
    • Their base person-level information. This includes their email address, first and last name as well as their Customer Identifiers.
  • Transactions
    • Their recent and historic transactional activity. Gathered via website tags, we can see what and what they transacted with over their lifetime as a customer.
  • Customer Location
    • A customer's location details
  • Interactions
    • Via the website tags we can see when customers have recently been on-site and engaged with your brand outside of the channels selectable within the platform

Permits

Within the permits tab you can see information about a customer's current permit status, their blacklist status and a historic permit update section showing how and when their permits were last updated for GDPR clarity.

  • Blacklists
    • This section shows whether that profile is currently on either the Email or SMS blacklist
  • Permits
    • This shows current status permits per channel. "null" values represent a permission that hasn't been explicitly set by the customer.
  • Permit History
    • This shows when and how their permit statuses have been updated over time, very helpful for audit purposes.

Segments

This areas of the Customer Record shows a list of the segments that a customer currently sits within.

This is great for seeing:

  • What stage of the customer lifecycle someone is currently in
  • Their engagement with certain channels
  • Their recent activity with your brand!

Schedules

The schedules section of the Customer Record shows what schedules a customer has been sent recently. This lets you see what behavioural emails, newsletters and SMS's they've been sent and more!

Extracts

Similarly to schedules, this area shows you what Extracts a customer has been included in. This is particularly useful for seeing if a customer has been sent social campaigns or DM campaigns.
