Facebook Business

This task assumes you have already signed up for a Facebook Business Manager account and have added an Ad account to it.
To allow RedEye to automatically send the extract to your Custom Audiences in a Facebook Ad account, please do the following:

1. Please provide RedEye with your Facebook Business ID. The easiest way to find this information is to send RedEye the URL string of the Business Manager account. You will see within the URL there are numbers, this is your Business ID.

2. Now navigate to business settings and select ‘Ad Accounts’ using the navigation bar on the right-hand side. For ease of us, here is the URL: https://business.facebook.com/settings/ad-accounts

3. Click on the specific Ad Account that you want to Integrate your RedEye platform.

4. Once clicked on please copy and paste the URL which should look like the example below. In this URL there are two ID’s the business ID and account ID. These are the two bits of information that we need to complete the setup.

5. Now please Assign RedEye as your Account's partner to the Ad Account. To do this please click on ‘Assign Partners’ and use the RedEye Business ID of 10153495003439584 to assign. We will require permissions of ‘Manage Campaigns, View Performance and Manage Creative Hub Mockups’.

6. Please ensure you have accepted Facebook’s strict Terms of Service. To accept the TOS please use the following link. Please ensure you add your account/ Owner ID after the ‘=’. This will require an admin user so please ensure you have the correct permissions set.

7. The RedEye technical team will now need to complete part of the configuration process before you can proceed past this point.

8. For peace of mind, we go through several stages of testing before you can make extracts within the RedEye platform yourself. To ensure that the extract process is working we will need conformation that the scheduled extracts are landing into your business manager correctly.

Audiences can be found by clicking on the three lines in the right-hand side navigation bar and clicking on ‘Audiences’. You will know the extract is from the Redeye platform as under the extract name it will say ‘Created in RedEye Contour’
