Before you start:Head over to Loyalty Lion's setup process here, which outlines the steps you'll need to take in Loyalty Lion before enabling the integration on RedEye's side.
To enable the RedEye integration, please just speak to your Customer Success Manager who will be happy to help get the configuration enabled on your platform.
The full list of available fields to synchronize between RedEye and Loyalty Lion are detailed below, which you can either define yourself in Parameter Manager, or work with your Customer Success Manager to create with you.
We currently sync the following merge fields to each customer:
- Points (total, approved, pending, spent, lifetime)
- Number of rewards claimed
- Date enrolled in the program
- Customer's unique referral link
- Loyalty Tier
- Birthday
- Insights segment
Here is the complete list of merge fields we can sync:
Total Points (approved and pending points): ll_points_total
Approved points: ll_points_approved
Pending points: ll_points_pending
Lifetime points: ll_points_lifetime
Spent points: ll_points_spent
