The array value for the amount of people the request is for, this can be up to 1000

To change a recipients emailpermit the values accepted are 0,1,"0","1","Y","N"
POSTALPERMIT "STRING"
To change a recipients postalpermit the values accepted are 0,1,"0","1","Y","N"
SMS_OPTOUT "STRING"
To change a recipients sms_optout the values accepted are 0,1,"0","1","Y","N" please note these values are the reverse of other permits so a 0 is an optin and a 1 is optout

To change a recipients push_permit the values accepted are 0,1,"0","1","Y","N"
FACEBOOK_PERMIT "STRING"
To change a recipients facebook_permit the values accepted are 0,1,"0","1","Y","N"
