Reporting
This service enables a single email address to be supplied for querying. The response will show the last 26 days' worth of emails sent to that email address so that the same htmlview content can be seen as received by the email recipient.
All tracking links are disabled when the htmlview link is viewed through the API.
Prerequisites
Before you can use this service you need to make sure that you've completed the following tasks:
- Received the relevant credentials from your RedEye Account Manager
- Supply a blacklist of schedules that shouldn't be included in the response to your RedEye Account Manager eg. emails containing sensitive information.
Considerations
- Only one email address can be supplied at a time, no wildcards.
- Transmission times will be shown as null if the email hasn't been sent from the email servers yet.
- Subject lines with merge fields or boolean logic will not be displayed with the same data as the original email.
- The default version of dynamic content will be displayed to the API user if a service message send is used against a marketing schedule.
